Suppressors are regulated under the federal National Firearms Act (NFA). As a licensed FFL/SOT dealer, Booze ‘N Bait is set up to sell and transfer suppressors and other NFA items, so we can help you buy a suppressor in the store or receive one you’ve purchased elsewhere. If the suppressor you want isn’t in stock, we can get it in within a few days.

Depending on the federal rules in effect, the process can include an ATF application (such as ATF Form 4), fingerprints and a photo, and a background check, and timing varies. Federal NFA rules and ATF guidance for suppressors have been changing in 2026, so the steps may be different from what you’ve done before.

Buy your suppressor here at Booze ‘N Bait and there’s no transfer fee. Our $40.00 transfer fee applies only when you buy a suppressor (or firearm) somewhere else and transfer it to Booze ‘N Bait. Bought one online or from another dealer? Contact the store before you order so we can confirm the details with you and the seller.
