This policy covers Booze ‘N Bait merchandise bought on boozenbait.com (shirts, hoodies, hats, drinkware and other gear).
Returns
- You can return items within 14 days of delivery or pickup.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached.
- To start a return, call the store at (406) 295-4415.
- The customer pays return shipping.
- Online orders can also be returned in person at our store, 315 E Missoula Ave #1, Troy, MT 59935.
Exchanges (wrong size?)
- Need a different size or color? Return the item under this policy and place a new order, or call the store at (406) 295-4415 to ask about an exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method after we receive the returned item.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is because of our error.
Damaged or wrong item
- If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at (406) 295-4415 and we will make it right.
