What we collect when you order online

  • Your name, billing and shipping address, phone number and email address, entered at checkout.
  • What you ordered, your order total and the shipping or pickup option you chose.
  • Payment is handled by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number. PayPal’s own privacy policy applies to the payment.

How we use it

  • To process, ship or hold your order for pickup, and to contact you about your order, including emailing your shipping tracking number.
  • We keep order information only as long as we need it to handle your order and to meet tax, accounting and other legal requirements.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only as needed to take your payment (PayPal) and deliver your order (FedEx).

Email sign-up

If you join our email list, your email address is stored by our email provider, MailerLite, so we can send you store news and specials. You can unsubscribe with the link in any email.

Site statistics

We count page visits with a statistics tool that runs on our own website and stores its data in our own database. It does not use tracking cookies or send visit data to an outside analytics company. WooCommerce also records which website or link brought an order to us (for example, “came from Facebook”).

Cookies

Our shop uses small cookies to remember what is in your cart and to keep you signed in if you have an account. These are needed for the cart and checkout to work.

Security and spam protection

To protect the site and the checkout from fraud and spam, some pages load Google reCAPTCHA (used by our PayPal checkout and our forms), and our site security tool may log visitor IP addresses.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing privacy@boozenbait.com or calling the store at (406) 295-4415.
