Troy, MT Liquor Highlights (Agency Liquor Store #70) — Week of October 22, 2026

Booze ‘N Bait is Troy’s liquor store, Agency Liquor Store #70, and this week’s bottle notes for Lincoln County come straight from the state’s new November through January lists. Holiday gift boxes and some seriously rare whisky just showed up on the special-order list, and a few Montana bottles are moving up to regular stock. Statewide listing doesn’t guarantee it’s on the shelf in Troy. Ask us and we can order it.

Scarce and limited

High West A Midwinter Night’s Dram Act 14 is new to the special-order list. This year’s edition of the annual holiday rye adds Amontillado, Oloroso, and PX sherry casks to the usual ruby and tawny port finish, and it’s bottled at 98.6 proof.
High West The Prisoner’s Share is also newly listed for special order.
Weller Millennium, Buffalo Trace’s ultra-rare blend of vintage wheated whiskeys distilled between 2000 and 2006, is on the list as a single-bottle special order.
Diageo’s Rare Series single malts have landed too: Talisker 1992 (33 years), Clynelish 1983 (42 years), Caol Ila 1983 (42 years), Blair Athol (34 years), and Glenury Royal 1970 (55 years). The Talisker, Clynelish, and Glenury Royal releases were limited to between 160 and 331 bottles each worldwide.
Volcán Añejo La Gavilana edition in a gift box rounds out the collector shelf.

New for holiday gifting

Glenmorangie 18 Year Old The Infinita comes in a gift box this season. It’s aged in bourbon casks with a portion finished in Oloroso sherry casks.
Ardbeg Smokiverse and Ardbeg Dolce, both in gift boxes, are new for peat fans. Smokiverse is Ardbeg’s limited edition made with high-gravity mashing for extra fruit under the smoke.
Hennessy Paradis Rare minis come in a gift box, and Knob Creek 12 Year Cask Strength bourbon is newly listed as well.

Made in Montana

Headframe Spirits Copper King Collection 2026 (Butte) is new to the state list. It’s their Neversweat bourbon aged six years, then finished in Big Sky Brewing barrels that held Ivan the Terrible Imperial Stout.
Willie’s Million Acre Bourbon (Ennis) joins the regular stock list. Willie’s donates part of the sales to the Montana Land Reliance.
Glacier Distilling North Fork Blue single-barrel rye (Coram) moves from special order to regular stock. The current release is aged four years and finished six months in a sherry cask.

Last call

The warehouse is discontinuing Hennessy Master Blender’s Selection No. 5, Corzo Silver, Reposado, and Añejo tequilas, Penta Blanco tequila, El Dorado Superior White Rum, Pacifique Absinthe Verte, and Butterfly Cannon Rosa. Once those bottles are gone, they’re gone.
