Troy, MT Liquor Highlights (Agency Liquor Store #70) — Week of October 15, 2026

Fresh bottle notes for mid-October. A few new names just landed on the state list, holiday allocations keep rolling, and Montana distillers have some strong pours worth asking about. Statewide listing doesn’t guarantee it’s on the shelf in Troy. Ask us and we can order it.

Scarce and limited

Blanton’s Kentucky Single Barrel and Blanton’s Gold Edition stay on the special-order list for collectors who want the horse-stopper bottles. Baker’s Single Barrel 13-year Kentucky straight bourbon is another hard-to-find high-rye pour. Pendleton Directors Reserve comes in a wooden gift box when you can get it. Jack Daniel’s Sinatra Select gift carton is also listed for holiday-season orders. Holiday gift packs from Jack Daniel’s, Dry Hills, and Glacier Distilling are shipping on a pro-rated basis as vendors send what they have.

New on the state list

Big Dog Tennessee whiskey and Big Dog Vodka from The Nashville Distillery (named for their Saint Bernard) are new special-order listings. On the tequila side, Peligroso Silver, Sparkle Donkey Silver, and El Mayor Blanco just joined the warehouse catalog. Diamond Reserve White Rum is another new listing, and Sips Margs variety 8-packs (classic, coconut, mango, spicy) are in for ready-to-drink fans. The warehouse also notes Fireball Blazin’ Apple whiskey is now available as a repackable item.

Made in Montana

Headframe Spirits Kelley Bottle and Kelley Single Malt Whiskey (Butte) are solid local whiskey picks. Dry Hills Distillery Montana Bonded whiskey and Dry Hills Montana Four Grain straight bourbon (Three Forks) keep showing up for fans of Montana grain. Whistling Andy Montana Forged and Montana’s 250 straight bourbon (Bigfork) are anniversary-style bottlings on the list. Wildrye Peak Bourbon and Wildrye Bottled-in-Bond (Bozeman) are special-order standouts. Mama Tried High-Rye Straight Bourbon and Mama Tried Wheated Bourbon round out a strong Montana whiskey week.

Last call

The warehouse is discontinuing Glenrothes 12 Year Speyside, Bruichladdich 18-year Port Charlotte, Penelope Architects of Golf, Penelope Barrel Strength Bourbon, and Penelope American Whiskey Cigar Batch 2. Also dropping: Heaven’s Door Home Sick Blues, Horse Soldier Liberty 250th bourbon, Patron El Cielo Silver 700ml, Del Maguey Wild Maguey Jabali mezcal, and The Real McCoy Aged 12 Years rum. Once those bottles are gone, they’re gone.
